I can't believe that two years have passed since you finished our addition. It was beautifully designed and constructed, and my family has loved the new living space from the moment we moved back in. But the best thing about our addition is that, like a fine wine, it has only grown better with time.
First and foremost, we have experienced no significant problems. The quality of your work is impressive.
Second, we are not the only one who love the new space. We have received countless comments from neighbors and visitors on everything from the beauty/functionality of the addition to your superior craftsmanship and the seamless way the addition fits in with the original construction, both inside and out. The house is a constant source of pride for us.
Last but not least, you and your colleagues have consistently stood behind your work and promptly responded to any and all of our post-construction needs and requests, no matter what they were and regardless of whether or not we were the ones who caused the problem. It's one thing to promise that you will still be there after the dust clears, but quite another to actually do it.
