Please accept my sincere thanks to you and your very capable work crew for the excellent job that you and they performed for me in preparing the shaft for my elevator, moving doors, adding the small machinery room, building my much-needed closets, etc., etc.
This was a new experience for me, and I admit I was a bit apprehensive. However, the kindness, willingness to help me whenever needed, and good manners shown to me, as well as the neatness and cleanliness of your staff all served to make what could have been a traumatic experience an adventure. I know that I have made some friends whom I will remember with warmth.
