Working with you and your staff for the past ten years has been a pleasure for me and my staff and I know you will continue to build upon your considerable expertise for decades to come. During those ten years, our organization prepared plans for and funded access improvements at the homes of more than 400 paralyzed veterans in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut; we have dealt with quite a few contractors along the way and I can honestly say that you are the best of them all.
