Dear Marc and Robin,
It is very unusual for me to write a note like this, but during the course of our construction project over the last 5 months I was so impressed with your entire organization that I just wanted to drop a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate the outstanding work you did, and to say thank you.
As I am sure you know, most people dread construction (and contractors) because when it goes bad it leaves you with such a feeling of helplessness. So, six months ago, it was with great trepidation that I embarked on our construction project after we bought our new home, in order to make it exactly the home we wanted. Throughout the project, your team consistently surpassed our expectations. You have an extremely profession group of employees that did a simply outstanding job on our project.
Special thanks to Art, Robin, Chucky and the rest of the team who came everyday - 7:00 a.m. sharp - and who not only made us feel comfortable with their being in our house - we were truly sorry to see them go! Over the weekend, we got great enjoyment from the custom built "outdoor kitchen," and when the kids got tired of the sun, they retreated to their custom build "play center."
As Stacy and I discussed how much we appreciated everything you and Art and Chucky and Robin and the team did, Stacy really summed it all up when she noted that you and your team always found a way - every day - to make us feel like VIP clients - and since we never met before this project, I can only imagine that you make all of your clients feel that way! Thank you for helping us achieve the house of our dreams, and thank you for doing it in such a professional, high quality way.
