We could not be happier with a construction company than our satisfaction with David Marcus. Our project had a number of unusual challenges. We were renovating a Philadelphia rowhouse which had been abandoned for almost 15 years. As every bit of lumber crumbled in their hands, we realized that, rather than putting in a few windows and sanding the floors, we would wind up essentially building a new house within our two common walls. The scope and cost of the project was rapidly and fairly re-estimated. The job was then executed very professionally, on time and within budget. The finished product has received raves from all who have seen it and while that is impressive in its own right. I was only able to visit the site twice. I was able to interact with the David Marcus personnel via phone, fax and e-mail, relying on them to provide expert guidance and discerning selections and critiques. All personnel were a joy to work with, characterized by courtesy and competence.
