This letter is to express sincere thanks for the most fabulous job on my home. What a conversion from the dark, windowless shed with no foundation to the integrated, insulated, open windowed expansion to the world of my garden. The redesigned and enlarged kitchen has inspired many hours over the stove and happy hours with friends at the counter. Taking showers and baths in the two new bathrooms is the height of luxury and relaxation.I could not be writing this if you had not been so personable, thoughtful and caring. Working out of my home office was a particular challenge with the back half of the house unusable and two bathrooms being gutted. You always ensured that I could have basic facilities each night, including makeshift showers. And, you worked around my schedule to make the most of the times when I was out of town on business. Your team was quiet, considerate, tidy and professional - ensuring that I could still work. Clearly, the team reflected your values.
The admiration of and compliments on your work are great and unanimous by all who have seen it. It is me, though, who knows how solidly it is all built with no corners cut and how much I could trust the right thing to be done. Your standards and quality work are as high as they come with beautiful results.
